This Privacy Policy explains how Feetify.co (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit or interact with feetify.co (the “Site”), and the choices and rights you have.
Feetify.co is an independent, affiliate-supported guide to selling feet pics online. We are not owned or operated by Feetify. This policy covers this Site only — not the Feetify marketplace, which has its own privacy policy (see Affiliate links and the Feetify platform).
Quick summary
- We don’t offer user accounts, sell anything or host adult content, so we collect very little personal information.
- If you use our contact form, we store your name, email address, subject, message, IP address and the time you sent it, so we can reply and keep spam out.
- Google Analytics, if enabled, only sets cookies after you click “Accept”. Our other analytics (from Vercel) are cookieless.
- We do not sell or share your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
- Clicking a link to the Feetify platform takes you to a separate website with its own privacy policy.
1. Who we are
Feetify.co is the controller of the personal information processed through this Site, which means we decide how and why it is used. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, please reach us through our contact page and choose “Privacy request” as the subject.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you send a message through our contact form, we collect:
- your name;
- your email address;
- the subject you select and the content of your message; and
- your confirmation that you are 18 or older.
Alongside your message, we automatically record the IP address it was sent from and the date and time it was submitted. We use these to detect and block spam and abuse. The form also includes hidden anti-spam checks (for example, a field that only automated bots fill in, and a check on how quickly the form was completed), which are used only to filter out automated submissions.
Please don’t include sensitive information — such as identity documents, payment or bank details, passwords, health information or images — in your message. We don’t need it, and the form isn’t designed to receive it.
Analytics information
Google Analytics 4 (only if enabled, and only with your consent). When Google Analytics is enabled on the Site, we show a cookie banner. If you click “Accept”, Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information about how you use the Site, such as the pages you view, how you arrived (for example, the referring website), how long you stay, your approximate location (country or city), your browser, device type, operating system and screen size, and interactions such as clicks on links to the Feetify platform. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses, and we additionally request IP anonymisation.
We use Google Consent Mode v2. Until you make a choice — or if you click “Decline” — analytics storage is set to “denied”: no Google Analytics cookies are set or read, and Google may receive only limited, cookieless signals (such as a timestamp, the page address, the referrer and basic browser information) that do not include an identifier stored on your device.
Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. Our hosting provider, Vercel, gives us privacy-friendly, cookieless statistics. These collect aggregated information such as the pages visited, the referring website, approximate country, browser, operating system, device type and page-performance measurements (for example, how quickly a page loads). They don’t use cookies or store anything on your device, and they aren’t used to identify you or follow you across other websites.
Information stored on your device
The Site saves two small items in your browser’s local storage: feetify_age_ok, which remembers that you confirmed you are 18 or older, and feetify_cookie_consent, which remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics cookies. These stay in your browser and are not sent to us. Our Cookie Policy has full details.
Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information whenever your browser requests a page — such as your IP address, browser user agent, the page requested, the referring page, the date and time, and the response status. This is needed to deliver the Site, keep it secure, prevent abuse and diagnose errors.
Information we don’t collect
We don’t offer user accounts, take payments or ask for identity documents, and we don’t knowingly collect special-category (sensitive) personal data. We don’t use your information for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you, and contacting us will never add you to a mailing list.
3. How we use information and our legal bases
Under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR” and “UK GDPR”), we need a legal basis to use personal information. Here is what we use your information for, and why:
- To read and reply to your message (contact form details). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries sent to us, and your consent, which you give when you submit the form. Where your message is a legal request — such as a privacy or copyright request — we also process it to meet our legal obligations.
- To prevent spam, fraud and abuse (IP address, submission time, anti-spam checks and server logs). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the Site and our inbox secure.
- To understand how visitors use the Site with Google Analytics (analytics data and cookies). Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To measure aggregate traffic and site performance with Vercel (cookieless analytics). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a fast, reliable website, using tools designed to minimise the data collected.
- To remember your age confirmation and cookie choice (local storage). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing a working, adults-only Site and, for your cookie choice, our legal obligation to respect and record your consent.
- To host, operate, maintain and secure the Site (server logs and technical data). Legal basis: our legitimate interests.
- To comply with the law and protect our rights — for example, responding to lawful requests from public authorities or establishing, exercising or defending legal claims. Legal basis: legal obligation and our legitimate interests.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have weighed them against your rights and reasonable expectations and believe our use is proportionate. You can object at any time — see Your rights.
4. Affiliate links and the Feetify platform
Many links on this Site — such as “Join Feetify Free” or “Start Selling Free” — are affiliate (referral) links to the Feetify platform, currently hosted at app.feetfinder.com. The platform is operated independently of us.
When you click one of these links, you leave our Site. The link includes our referral identifier so the platform can credit us if you sign up or make a purchase, and the platform or its affiliate program may use cookies or similar technologies to do this. Any information you give the platform — including account details, age or identity verification, payment details and the content you buy or sell — is collected and used by the platform under its own terms and privacy policy, not ours. We do not receive your password, payment details or verification documents; any information we receive as an affiliate is limited to what the platform’s affiliate program provides, such as referral and commission reporting.
Please read the platform’s privacy policy and terms before creating an account.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site and act on our instructions (as “processors” or “service providers”):
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting and content delivery, server logs, Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights.
- Our database provider — a managed PostgreSQL database service, connected through our hosting platform, where contact-form messages are stored.
- Google — Google Analytics, only if it is enabled and you have accepted analytics cookies.
- Resend — an email delivery service we may use to forward new contact-form messages to our inbox, if email notifications are enabled.
- Our email provider — the email service we use to receive those notifications and to reply to you.
We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, court order or a valid request from a public authority; where necessary to protect the rights, safety or property of our visitors, us or others; or as part of a sale or transfer of this Site, in which case the new owner must continue to protect your information in line with this policy.
6. International data transfers
Our service providers may store or process information in the United States and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those where you live. When personal information from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom or Switzerland is transferred to a country that has not been recognised as providing adequate protection, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where relevant) or the provider’s certification under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions.
7. How long we keep information
- Contact-form messages (including the IP address and timestamp stored with them): for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. We aim to delete messages within 12 months of our last exchange with you, unless we need to keep them longer — for example, records of privacy or copyright requests that show how we handled them, or information needed for a legal claim.
- Google Analytics data: user- and event-level data is kept for no longer than 14 months. Google Analytics cookies expire after up to 2 years unless you delete them sooner.
- Vercel analytics: processed in aggregated form, without cookies or persistent identifiers.
- Server logs: kept by our hosting provider for a limited period in line with its log-retention practices.
- Local storage items: remain in your browser until you clear them.
8. Your rights
If you are in the EEA or the UK
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
- correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- erase your information (the “right to be forgotten”);
- restrict how we use your information in certain circumstances;
- object to our use of your information where we rely on legitimate interests;
- data portability — receive information you gave us in a structured, machine-readable format; and
- withdraw your consent at any time, for example to analytics cookies (this doesn’t affect processing that took place before you withdrew it).
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO); in the EEA, the supervisory authority in the country where you live or work. We’d appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
If you are in California or another US state with a privacy law
Residents of California (under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act — “CCPA/CPRA”) and of other US states with comprehensive privacy laws have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it; to access, correct and delete it; and to opt out of its sale, its sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising, and its use for targeted advertising or profiling. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
We do not sell or share personal information, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and have not done so in the past 12 months. We do not use personal information for targeted advertising, and we do not collect or use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information below — from you directly and from your browser or device — for the purposes described in section 3, and disclosed them for business purposes only to the service providers listed in section 5:
- Identifiers, such as your name, email address and IP address;
- Internet or other electronic network activity, such as pages viewed and interactions with the Site;
- Approximate geolocation, such as the country or city derived from your IP address (never your precise location); and
- The content of messages you send us through the contact form.
You may use an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; if you are not satisfied with the outcome of your appeal, you may contact your state Attorney General.
How to exercise your rights
Send us a message through our contact page and choose “Privacy request” as the subject. To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity — usually by confirming that you control the email address you used to contact us. We will respond within one month under the GDPR (extendable by up to two further months for complex requests) or within 45 days under US state laws (extendable where the law allows). Exercising your rights is normally free of charge.
To withdraw consent to analytics cookies, clear this Site’s data in your browser so the cookie banner appears again, then choose “Decline”. Our Cookie Policy explains how.
9. Children
This Site is strictly for adults aged 18 or over (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18: the Site asks every visitor to confirm their age, and contact-form users must confirm they are 18 or older. If we learn that we have received information from a minor, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has sent us information, please contact us.
10. How we protect information
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including HTTPS encryption across the whole Site, access to stored messages restricted to the site owner through a password-protected admin area, automated spam filtering, and established infrastructure providers with their own security programmes. We also keep the information we collect to a minimum. However, no website or internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Links to other websites
This Site links to third-party websites, including the Feetify platform and sources we reference in our guides, and some blog articles may include embedded content (such as videos) from other websites. Embedded content behaves as if you had visited the other website directly. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, if we add a feature or service provider, or if the law changes. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and if the changes are significant we will make that clear on the Site.
13. Contact us
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your information, or you want to exercise your rights, please use our contact page and select “Privacy request” as the subject.
